Shared nature pool: The principle of the natural swimming pool is based on a vibrant, chlorine free and irritant-free culture. In order not to burden the flora and fauna we ask not to bath with large amounts of sunscreen. All children under 12 years are only allowed to use the pool together with an adult. The landlord/renter is not liable for any accidents at the pool.

Deposit: A security deposit of € 300 per apartment must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank wire after departure and inspection of the apartment but not later than 10 days after departure. The caution cannot be paid as partial payment of the rent, since it is used in the event of damage caused by the tenant to remedy the damage. If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay for the damage of the inventory.

General Terms: The tenant is not allowed to sublet the apartments. The landlord is not liable for any theft or damage due to acts of God, fire or water. Pets are not allowed.

Use of towels: It is not permitted to use the tools provided in the bathroom of the apartment at the pool or at the beach.
